Similar to physical first aid training, Mental Health First Aid provides instruction to individuals and aids in developing their ability and confidence to offer basic first line mental health first aid to others when required.
In 2018, training will take place on April 5 & 6; August 22 & 23; and December 6 & 7. Registration opens approximately 6 weeks prior to each workshop. Registration opening dates will be posted on the HRS website under Learning and Development; Programs & Workshops. When open, registration is by email to Organizational Health and Effectiveness.
